We are impressed by the open house you hosted last weekend.. The seller made a good decision to have you represent them. We are in the early stage of searching for place to buy and rent out until we move in when children go college (3 yrs), doing that now might save us big bucks in property tax (our current house has 5 bed rooms). For now, like to tour around West San Jose , Santa Clara , Campbell , Sunnyvale and Mt. View areas to update ourself on the market before we proceed to hire agent for specific area.
